All returns must sent back within 5 working days upon receiving your purchase.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition.
The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping packaging as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
Kelip Kelip will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 5 working days after the confirmation.
Kelip Kelip reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.

*Color of products may varies due to the lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will not be entertained.
